We are lucky to have so many waterfalls to chase in Connecticut. Some are easier to access than others but even if you don’t have time for a long extended trek into the woods, you can still see some of these beauties up close with little hiking at all. At Kent Falls State Park, you can practically drive right up to a spectacular waterfall which is located just a short walk from the parking lot.

The falls drop over 250 feet with gorgeous cascades, plunges, horsetails, and pools. During autumn, when the leaves display their bold changing colors, the falls become a scenic oasis.
