Happening right on one of New York’s tallest mountains, it’s almost time to head up north to the High Peaks for the annual Oktoberfest event at Whiteface.

Bringing you into the blue line, Oktoberfest at Whiteface Mountain gives people the chance to immerse themselves in authentic German festivities.

On the weekend of September 28th and 29th, New Yorkers can head up north with their friends and family to enjoy things like drinking authentic German beer in the mountains.

Throughout Oktoberfest, you can ride the Cloudsplitter Gondola to the top of Little Whiteface.

At the top of the gondola ride, you’ll get to enjoy the views of the Empire State’s tallest mountains and all of our scenic fall foliage.

Back at the base of the mountain, you’ll find a little bit of everything happening.

Some will come and enjoy dancing to the live oompah band, dancing, and even hanging out with friends from the Adirondack Widlife Refuge & Rehab Center.

While others will partake in the drinking games, face painting, adventure zone, and even the fireworks happening on Saturday night!
