The north-central U.S. is gearing up for yet another bout of heavy snowfall. It’s the second major snowfall that this area of the country has experienced in just 10 days, and this promises to be even more intense. This early-season snowfall is all the more surprising given the fact that many of the affected areas have also been experiencing temperatures in the 60s, 70s, and even 80s. Thursday morning, those living in the Denver area will experience snowfall that could potentially delay their commute to work.

In fact, winter storm warnings have been issued in six states in the north-central U.S. And for those near the Rocky Mountain region, it’s predicted that nearly two feet of snow could fall.
