Calling all wizards, witches, and even muggles! A wizard-themed event is soon happening in Ellicott City, Maryland and you’ll want to check out the magic. Enjoy two full days of Harry Potter themed activities, including potion making, finding a wand, and guzzling down butter beer. Read on for the details — this event will be here soon!

Ellicott City is located in Howard County and it’s mostly known for its historic Main Street.

Speaking of events, on October 5th and 6th, Ellicott City will be having its first ever Wizarding Weekend.

Starting at 10am on both Saturday and Sunday, participating stores and restaurants will be offering wizarding activities, discounts, magical menu items, and more!

While strolling through the event, make sure you’re dressed in your wizarding best. There will be costume contests hosted by the National Federation of the Blind on Saturday at 2pm and 7pm.
