Immerse yourself in the magic and wonder of the holiday season when you visit the newly opened Idaho Christmas Village near Rexburg. This is a new holiday attraction this year, but it’s already made a place in many peoples hearts and you don’t want to miss it.

You’ll find the Idaho Christmas Village located in a beautiful and remote wooded area that’s just up the road from Yellowstone Bear World. It’s open every Friday and Saturday through December 21st from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Admission is just $5 per person and is free to ages 3 and younger.

Once inside the Christmas Village, you’ll be treated to countless holiday-themed activities and entertainment. As you walk through the woods, you’ll be greeted by fully costumed characters and all the sights and sounds of the Christmas spirit.

Kids will especially love the magical atmosphere and endless activities including Christmas carnival games and visits with Santa. Stop by the North Pole Post Office where children can write letters to Santa Claus himself, and even receive one back!

Visitors can also stop by the Yule log and listen to the old folktales from countries like Norway, Denmark, and Sweden. The fire is bound to warm you up even on the coldest winter evening.

Best of all, the village’s Christmas Kitchen is fully-stocked with ham, baked goods, and traditional drinks like wassail (hot mulled cider) so you can feast like it’s already Christmas Day!
