The next time you’re visiting North Carolina’s Crystal Coast, be sure to add the Big Oak Drive-In to your must-visit list. This tiny, roadside burger stand serves much more than the typical eats found at burger joints – starting with their famous shrimpburgers. This sweet delight is a traditional roll stuffed full of delicious and sweet battered and fried shrimp served in both a regular and a more hearty ‘large’ version.
