If you’ve ever driven by Deep Ellum Candy Company and wondered why there were no customers inside, that’s because it isn’t just any ordinary sweet shop. It’s a front for Truth & Alibi, a bar where you can ring in the Roaring ’20s in style.

Inside, the scene is no less convincing. Tons of dispensers are filled to the brim with colorful treats, an elaborate farce to distract from the true nature of the building.
