No day is better spent than one on an adventure to discover something new and exciting in our own backyard here in the Tar Heel State. Not far from Asheville and on a picturesque country road, you’ll encounter a giant white house up on a hill. That’s Troyer’s Country Amish Blatz, an Amish general store, deli, and furniture store the feels a million miles from civilization in more ways than one.

The term ‘blatz’ translates to ‘place,’ and this Amish place is everything you could imagine — and more!
