They’ve only been here for a couple years, but their food is widely popular in the area. You’d be hard pressed to find a Kansan that doesn’t love barbecue in the first place, but good barbecue is impossible to pass up on.

They smoke everything themselves, and the brisket reportedly takes 4-12 hours alone. Additionally, they also smoke the beans for sides, giving it a little extra kick you might not find at other BBQ joints.

They don’t only sell ribs and brisket, either. They make food they like, and would recommend anything on the menu to anyone who loves good food. Loaded mac ’n’ cheese being one of those amazing items.

If you’re looking for something unusual, Frito Pork Pie may also be a great option to sample as well. They also have plate deals where you pick how many meats you want and narrow down your best options. Then again, why not bring friends so everyone can sample everything?

If you somehow have room left after the BBQ, they also serve cobbler, brownies, and ice cream. Sometimes they change based on what they feel like, but it’s a sweet surprise nonetheless.
