Hot air balloon festivals are all the rage here in Arizona, and one, in particular, is getting an epic Halloween makeover. The Spooktacular Hot Air Balloon Festival at Salt River Fields will be taking over Scottsdale next month. A celebration of epic proportions, it features live music, vendors, food and beverages, and more than 20 balloons that all serve as trick-or-treat stations for the kiddos. Tickets are already on sale, so don’t miss out!
