Trestle Tavern is located in the 15th and 15th area of Sugarhouse, and it’s a gem well-worth finding. It’s tucked between The King’s English bookstore and Mazza Restaurant.

Look closely, or you’ll miss it! The sign is nearly covered with ivy, and once you find it, you’ll walk down a little sidewalk to the entrance.

You’ll want to start your meal with a Trestle Pretzel, one of the house specialties. This hand-made pretzel has just the right texture and is served with some tasty pilsner cheese sauce.
