Although Great Northern BBQ Co. now has a storefront location in Providence, it started as a food truck in 2016.

Jimmy James Caruso is the chef behind all these marvelous creations, and he’s slowly but surely creating a a local cuisine with a spice profile unlike any other.

The traditions of BBQ are kept alive here, although Caruso definitely gets creative with them.

Monday is Burger Monday here, and each week a new variety is released.
