Rated between easy and moderate, the 2.9-mile Mina Sauk Falls Trail will lead you straight to the tallest waterfall in Missouri. (Mina Sauk Falls is about halfway through the hike.)

Follow the trail markers that will lead you on the loop trail. As you hike, you’ll notice from signage that the Mina Sauk Falls Trail intersects with the Ozark Trail.

If you’ve got time (and daylight) after your trek along Mina Sauk Falls Trail, set off on the High Point Trail. The nearly two-mile trail will take you to the state’s highest point at 1,772 feet.
