Silver Rapids Indoor Waterpark is located in the North Idaho town of Kellogg. Even during the stark cold days of winter, you can visit this water park and pretend that summer is here. The weather may be cold outside, but that doesn’t mean the fun needs to stop.

The beachy indoor water park is open all year long and maintains a cozy temperature of 84 degrees even on the coldest of days.

The park is considered part of Silver Mountain Resort and it’s an amenity for guests at the Morning Star Lodge. Admission is included in your stay at the lodge, but day use admittance is also available for groups.

One of the park’s most notable attractions is the FlowRider—a standing wave that you can surf or body boar on continuously. This is the closest thing you’ll get to ocean waves here in Idaho, and it’s pretty amazing.

Another popular attraction is the 315-foot lazy river that slowly takes floaters around the entirety of the park. Other attractions include water slides, splash pads, and an area for dedicated solely for young children who are just getting used to the water.
