The whole family will love a trip to this winter wonderland, and it’s right in a local park in North Dakota. Meander through the park’s thousands of glittering lights and take in the beautiful, festive displays. There’s quite a few to see, and you can even drive through them from the warmth of your car. Minot, North Dakota is one of the best cities to visit during the holidays. With decorations throughout downtown, places like the Scandinavian Heritage Park all decked out in lights, and their special Christmas in the Park display, it’s absolutely full of holiday cheer.

The Christmas in the Park is hosted by the Minot Sertoma Club. It transforms the Oak Park into a Christmas wonderland full of beautiful lights that you can explore. It lasts throughout December from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM every night.

To visit these stunning displays, the fee is $5 per car to drive through. This way you can stay cozy and warm in the car, and the proceeds go back to helping the community.
