That being said, you can get a little taste of the Treasure State in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood at Montana Bar, a marvelous little dive bar with cocktails on tap.

Montana Bar opened in 2011 on Olive Way in Seattle.

The space is described as charmingly awkward, full of stained wood, graffiti, and Montana highway signs.

While there is no consistent food menu, you’ll often see specialty items and pop-ups here featuring some tasty local cuisine.
