Head to this location for your best chance at a speedy visit, but if you love lining up with cruise ship folks you’ll want to go to the Old Port location. Any flavor you get will be lovable, but everyone seems to love the triple berry glaze, which also happens to be great to look at!

Located fairly far away from the others on this list, Sadie’s is worth the trip for true Maine donut lovers. This bakery was opened in 1948 and has been providing the Houlton area with fresh-baked goods on a daily basis ever since! There are two things on offer here. Either get the plain donut or the daily special. You’ll leave happy no matter what you choose. You can pick up a sandwich or muffin here as well making it a great, well-rounded way to end your trip on the donut trail!
