The tiny but mighty campground is situated on the shores of the beautiful Stuart Lake, a 5-acre lake that’s great for fishing, canoeing, and swimming.

It’s is also the trailhead for the Glenn Emery Trail, a lovely 4-mile out-and-back trail that will lead you on a peaceful journey through a beautiful forest setting. Whether you’re walking, biking, or on horseback, this trail will make you feel like you’re a million miles away from it all.

The campground is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for day use for $5 per vehicle per day. So even if you can’t get away for a weekend, you can still spend the day at Stuart Lake.
