They found the perfect location in Pojoaque and set out to serve the freshest meals that are made in small batches to ensure freshness. They still uphold this philosophy to this day, and offer the freshest New Mexican favorites around.
They’ve grown to add more dishes from Mexico as well, adding a wide variety of options.
