Snowbird Resort has a brand new restaurant, and if you’re a child of the 70s, you’re going to love it. You’ll find it on level two of the Cliff Lodge.

The restaurant celebrates Snowbird’s history. The resort opened in 1971, and SeventyOne pays homage to the groovy decade of the 70s. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you’ll feel the retro vibe.

Don’t miss this wall full of old photos! It’s just past the lobby, in the hall near the bathrooms (you’ll want to peek into the bathrooms to see some super groovy wallpaper, too).

Order a beer, cocktail, or glass of wine before your meal, sit back and enjoy the view. In the summertime, the mountain is lush and green, and you can watch the trams making their round trips up to the summit and back.

The appetizers on the menu are well worth your consideration. The Bacon in a Jar is served with tangy bourbon BBQ, and you’ll also want to try the avocado toast or ahi tuna nachos.

The dinner menu is full of comfort food, and the baked ziti mac ’n’ cheese will hit the spot after a day hiking or skiing on the slopes. Get it classic, with bacon and tomato, or with chopped brisket.

The slow-roasted brisket is a savory treat. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and SeventyOne slaw, it’s a tasty entree. Other choices include fried chicken, St. Louis ribs, salt & pepper salmon, an array of burgers, and more.
