With a whopping 365 days (give of take, of course) between every fall season, it’s easy to forget just how much we love it around here this time of year. The air is crisp, pumpkins line the streets and the fall foliage is turning an array of reds, yellows and oranges. We’re spending this season exploring all the ways we can see the best of this season’s changing colors and this restaurant is one of our new favorites!

Located on the banks of the Millinocket River, there are some seriously special views here.

The name “River Driver’s” hearkens back to Maine’s logging days when folks worked the river and made sure the logs traveled down waterways effectively. In essence, they “drove” the logs down the river.
