Ahoy, mateys! National Talk Like a Pirate Day takes place every year on September 19th. If your timing is just right, you can spend the holiday at Pirates Hideaway. In addition to a waterside tiki bar and ice cream shop, the company offers on-the-water excursions…on a pirate ship. The best part is that you can rent the pirate ship and have it all to yourself. Take a look:

In terms of lakeside attractions, it doesn’t get much better than Pirates Hideaway in Eagle River.

You can actually rent the boat for private parties and events. A private rental gives you and your mateys the exclusive use of the pirate ship, making for an unforgettable adventure.

Sure to be an event to remember, the boat is perfect for everything from kids’ birthday parties to themed weddings and corporate events.

There are a couple things you should know before you set sail. First, the boat can be rented in 2 and 3-hour increments.

When renting the ship, you’re basically paying for a venue, so you’re responsible for bringing food and beverages. (And yes, alcoholic beverages are allowed.)

Second is the matter of the price. The rental rate is as follows: $20 per adult/$10 per child/$425 minimum for 2-hour events and $25 per adult/$12 per child/$525 minimum for 3-hour events.
