There’s something special coming to St. Charles, Illinois this October that you’ll want to put on your calendar. These moonlight hayrides are going to be a blast for all. Check them out:

Primrose Farm is a living history farm operated by the St. Charles Park District that has been an attraction since 2009 but which has been established since 1835.

Taking place this year October 4-19, 2019, the farm will be offering moonlight hayrides each Friday and Saturday during the evening.

Rides last about a half an hour and give guests a full tour of the farm. There are three different rides each night for visitors to climb aboard.

Rides leave at 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m., and feature a train of wagons being pulled by a tractor. The night will grow darker and darker as you continue on your journey.

These moonlight hayrides are fun for the entire family and include cider, hot chocolate, and a bonfire with marshmallows to roast at the end.

The cost per ride is $8 for residents of St. Charles and $12 otherwise for a fun and unforgettable night under the moon.
