The Parent Place’s Annual Halloween Parade will take place in our state’s capital on Saturday, October 26, 2019 on 5th and 6th streets downtown.

This nighttime event begins at 7:30 p.m. and should last until about 9 p.m. It is the third year for this annual event that includes a myriad of glowing floats with live performances, music, and dancing.
