…and multiple varieties of our state cookie, the biscochito.

Katrina Guernick/Google In addition to the traditional recipe, you’ll also be able to taste biscochitos made with blue corn, cappuccino-flavored, and sugar-free varieties.

And, if you aren’t in the mood for a sweet confection, you won’t feel left out! The panadería also offers savory options like some spectacular green chile bread.

Or opt for a meal with house-made pizza…

…or one of the half-dozen sandwiches on the menu.

Margarita Bordas Quintana/Google All sandwiches also come with a biscochito, so you get the best of both worlds.

You can also wash down those yummy flavors with coffee (roasted in-house) or one of the local beers on tap.
