When you’re looking for a fun and exciting hike in Maine, a strenuous mountain hike might be the first thing that comes to mind. However, the Morse Mountain to Seawall Beach hike near Phippsburg is as easy as can be without sacrificing any of the views. This easy hike features mountain views, a river, and of course, the incomparable Seawall Beach. After you hike through the woodlands on a paved road, you’ll be met with a stroll down the sandy shoreline that has some of the best nature views Maine has to offer.

Within the Bates-Morse Mountain Conservation Area you’ll find this trail’s start. First, you’ll begin your short ascend to the summit of Morse Mountain. Along the way, you’ll even pass a river and beautiful woodlands for the best nature views.
