The Hawaiian Islands are home to countless outdoor attractions and places to visit, and while we’d love to spend all of our free time or our entire vacations soaking up the sunshine on our beaches or hiking trails, sometimes the weather is less than ideal. If you find yourself encountering a bit of rain on your Maui vacation, you can, of course, check out any of the island’s museums or cafes, but this glassblowing experience might just be the best way to escape the rain. It’s also one of the coolest souvenirs you’ll find in the Aloha State.
Welcome to Moana Glass, a beautiful glassblowing studio, gallery, and workshop in Lahaina. Owned by Ryan Staub, who has blown glass in eleven different countries and loves sharing his passion for glassblowing through his artwork and lessons, this destination is truly one-of-a-kind.

The gallery features a variety of unique pieces, from island-inspired marine life sculptures and lighting fixtures to kitchen glassware, sinks, and basins.

And while we could spend hours admiring these unique pieces, there’s nothing better than rolling up our sleeves and making a souvenir of our own.

Glass projects are charged by the project, not the person, so you can work on a solitary piece with your family or significant other! Projects start at just $150, a small price to pay for a beautiful piece of artwork and an experience you’ll never forget.

Kids and adults alike will love this one-of-a-kind experience and the five-star ratings on both TripAdvisor and Yelp are proof.
