In fact, start counting down the days to the nine-day Lambertville-New Hope Winter Festival in Pennsylvania (and New Jersey), a huge celebration jam-packed with fun for the whole family.

Carve out time this winter to check out the spectacular Lambertville-New Hope Winter Festival, set for January 18 to 26, 2020. That’s nine days of family-friendly fun in the small New Jersey town of Lambertville and the Pennsylvania town of New Hope.

Join other revelers on the first day of the festival for a free Winter Bird Walk, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Bucks County Audubon Society in New Hope. Naturalists will lead an engaging, informative walk that’s perfect for visitors of all ages.

Other fun, family-friendly, and free events in New Hope include an Owl Prowl at the Bucks County Audubon Society on January 18, 2020 and a tour of the Marshall House Museum on January 25 and 26, 2020.

You can also cross the river to Lambertville, which will host a day of fun at Music Mountain Theater on January 18, 2020. Free activities include slime making, a photo booth with a Frozen theme, and glitter tattoos.

Marvel at the live ice carvings, scheduled for different locations in Lambertville and New Hope. New Hope ice carvings are set for Triumph Brewery on January 25, 2020 at 1 p.m. and Havana Restaurant & Bar that same day at 4 p.m.

Temps can dip pretty low during January, so make sure you stay warm with stops along the Soup-A-Thon. Participating restaurants will serve their best soups during the nine-day festival. Stop by Havana’s, for example, for a piping hot bowl of tomato basil soup.

The nine-day festival also features a full menu of ticketed events, such as the 25th Annual Chili Cook-Off, set for Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 1 p.m.
