All throughout the year, we love to watch our favorite enchanting characters on screen and read about them in our favorite book series, but there’s something extra special about enjoying these magical movies and stories during the fall season. Taking over the heart of Ithaca each fall, the town’s Wizarding Weekend is something you can’t miss out on experiencing this October. So, grab your favorite costumes and dress up for the occasion because this weekend-long event will absolutely wow you.
Happening out in New York’s Finger Lakes region at the end of October, the Ithaca Wizarding Weekend is one magical event you simply cannot miss.

On Saturday, October 26th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, October 27th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., people from all over Ithaca and beyond come to check out how the Downtown area transforms for the festival.

Taking over Ithaca Commons, the Wizarding Weekend celebrates every magical fandom that exists, from people wearing their favorite Hogwarts house robes to magical beings from Middle Earth, you’ll see a little bit of everything.
