It’s dinner time in New Hampshire and there are so many options your head is spinning. You love local seafood, but do you want to relegate yourself to fish? What about meat? Fear not! At this restaurant in Plymouth you can have it all. Somehow the perfect combination of BBQ and seafood works together to create the perfect menu. It’s great for the whole family.

George’s Seafood & BBQ in Plymouth started out as a local favorite known simply as the “Seafood Center.” It was purchased by the namesake “George” in 1997 and became more of a restaurant. He kept the same high quality the place was known for, but also happened to have a love of slow smoked barbecued ribs. Barbecue equipment was added to the kitchen and the rest is history!

And if it’s fried food you love, you can rest assured that each piece is hand battered with love. If you choose a steak, it’s hand cut. Burgers? Yep, hand formed. There’s nothing frozen here and it’s obvious.

And, of course, there are still delectable ribs to be had! Prepared slowly and meticulously, these things are perfect.

Not sure which to get? Get ’em both. It’s not a meal here if you haven’t chowed down on both seafood and meat on the same plate.

We love that this is so much more than just a clam shack. Pasta dishes like like this come prepared with either seafood or chicken.
