Arizona is home to thousands of hiking trails, but none are quite this unique. With not one but several naturally-formed tunnels along its path, Hidden Valley Trail in South Mountain Park is an adventure for the whole family. The best part? It’s hiding right in the backyard of our state’s biggest city!

This 3.4-mile loop is something of a hidden gem, offering something different from the monotonous South Mountain desert landscape. It’s about a 2-hour hike and is considered moderately difficult.
