If you’re tired of the same old haunted houses and scary movies, there’s a Halloween attraction in San Marcos that’s changing the game. Wonder World Cave & Adventure Park hosts a festival each year complete with an anti-gravity funhouse, music, costume contests, and — of course — a descent into the caverns themselves.
Formed more than 200 years ago by an earthquake, Wonder World is the only caves of its kind on the planet open for public touring. It was also the first commercial show cave in Texas to allow visitors.
