Fall is right around the corner, and it isn’t complete without apple picking. Spice up your autumn with a visit to The Orchard, a charming little family-owned business hiding deep in small-town Texas.

Idalou is a small West Texas town with less than 2500 residents, but it’s hiding a big secret: one of our state’s most expansive apple orchards. This quaint little place will be your new favorite fall destination.

Ten different apple varieties grow on these luscious trees, ripening between August and October. Winesap, Braeburn, Fuji, and Granny Smith will be ready for picking next month.
