It came about several years ago when owners Tim and Terri were each baking different things: ladylocks and cheese danish. Each had some leftover ingredients, so they decided to combine them, and the Snoogle was born.

The Snoogle is a soft, sweet, cream-filled pastry that is downright addictive. Kiedrowski’s got a patent on the pastry and its name in 2011.

The other specialty here is the paczki, and people go absolutely crazy for these sugary gems. They’re sold every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday during Lent, and Kiedrowski’s sells more than 85,000 of these in 40 days. They come in six flavors, and they’re all to die for.
