Holiday cheer appears in the most unexpected places around this time of the year. There’s an extra-strong shot of it waiting for you in downtown Omaha. Mercury is a swanky cocktail lounge 11 months of the year, but right now through the end of 2019, it’s filled with a miraculous serving of jolliness.
Mercury has been a popular Omaha destination since it opened in 2016. Its creative, thoughtful cocktails, chic interior, and divine small plates menu have earned Mercury a rightful place in the hearts of bar-lovers in the city and beyond.

The Christmas-themed pop-up bar is appearing in more than 100 cities across the U.S. Only the finest drinking establishments are asked to join in the fun, so it’s no surprise that Mercury hosted it in 2018 and now again in 2019.

The unique holiday-themed drinks offer creative twists on familiar flavors. They taste just like Christmas morning (or New Year’s Eve, if you know what we mean). They are as strong as they are cute, so you might want to plan on Ubering it home.
