There are a lot of ways to enjoy seafood here in Maine. You can sidle up to a roadside stand for fried delicacies and the perfect lobster roll or you can find yourself a lobster fishing friend who will take you aboard so you can catch your own. We don’t recommend this last option. It, inevitably, include a very early wake-up call.
