Barto’s Idle Hour is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 4 to 11:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. However, expect the kitchen to close at 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and at 9:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
