As you drive down one unsuspecting road in Lake County, you’ll pass over a little bridge that looks like any other.

While you may not initially realize it, this bridge places you atop a tiered waterfall that’s downright stunning.

Paine’s Hollow began to decline just a few decades after its founding, as water power was no longer needed; however, Lake Metroparks made the area into a park in 1974.
