Welcome the official start of the Christmas season at Olde Fashioned Christmas in Washington, an annual family-friendly event set for Sunday, December 1, 2019.

Hosted at the Farmers’ Market, the annual festival will run from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and boasts a full menu of activities.

Santa and Mrs. Claus, of course, will be on hand to meet the little ones, to listen to Christmas wishes, and to pose for photographs. (Bring your smartphone or camera to take the photos.)

The kiddos can get into the Christmas spirit with face-painting. Their favorite princesses will also be on hand to greet them and to pose for photos.

Join the kiddos in decorating cookies before setting off on a holiday horse-drawn carriage ride. You can also meet and get your photos with live reindeer.

The afternoon will also feature Christmas crafts and performances from the Washington Brass Band and local choirs.
