Bliss Bee recently opened in April of 2019, by restaurateur Jed Davis.

While at first glance it may look like your typical fast-casual dining joint, it’s so much more than that.

All of their food packaging is bio-based and 100% compostable and their sodas use cane sugar only and are Fair Trade Certified.

Their BAM BAM burger is especially delicious with LaPlatte beef, pickled jalapeños, and crispy onions.

The inside of the restaurant is vibrant and fun and fosters a feel-good ambiance.

They offer a number of drinks that are made and bottled right here in Vermont and they’re Kingdom Creamery creemees are 100% Vermont dairy-based.
