Recently, the folks over at Orbitz put together a list of the country’s most charming small towns and one of our favorite New York destinations happened to make their list! Out along the shores of Cayuga Lake, the small village of Aurora has been recognized as one of the most charming places to visit in all of the United States.

With only a small group of residents lucky enough to call this place home, Orbitz pointed out that Aurora has so much to offer. From its close proximity to the mass abundance of waterfalls in the Finger Lakes region to the fact that the town sits out along the lakefront, it was quickly proven that there’s so much to love about this place.
